MPA’s Continuing Education Program

A number of continuing education programs are developed by the Minnesota Psychological Association(MPA) Education and Training Committee, and all continuing education events sponsored by MPA are reviewed by that committee or a representative of the committee.  If you are interested in submitting a proposal to do an education session in 2024 click here.

While psychologists are the primary audience for MPA’s continuing education programs, other mental health professionals and students are welcome as attendees.

Continuing Education Approval

The Minnesota Psychological Association is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists.  The Minnesota Psychological Association maintains responsibility for the program and its content.

The MPA Office maintains attendance records of all continuing education event attendees for a period of at least three years.  Attendance for the entire duration of the event is required to receive continuing education credit.
