BraVada Garrett-Akinsanya Distinguished Elders Award for Leadership in Minnesota PsychologyThe 2023 Award Nomination period is now closed. At the Annual Conference in April, MPA will hold a recognition ceremony to honor elders who have made significant contributions to mental health in Minnesota through their roles as scholars, teachers, mentors, practitioners, and/or advocates for rights and just causes. We ask MPA members to make nominations by describing the impact of the nominee as a teacher, scholar, mentor, practitioner, and/or advocate in 100 words or less. The nominations will be reviewed by the MPA Diversity Committee. Nomination Instructions Summarize your nomination in 100 words or less, providing the nominee's contact information along with your contact information and email that to [email protected].
